About GeniusGut

GeniusGut is a science-based gut-health education and re-education method, founded by UK-trained biochemist Regina De Berardinis. It is not a medical practice and does not replace medical care.

Programmes and Process

An initial assessment of around 7–8 days, gathering information on food, drinks, supplements, bowel habits and Bristol stool pattern, symptoms, lifestyle, sleep, stress and movement where relevant. Existing blood test results may also be reviewed, though testing is never required to begin; medical testing and diagnosis remain the role of your healthcare professional.

Results and Expectations

No, GeniusGut is not simply a weight-loss programme. Body composition or weight may change for some people as dietary and lifestyle patterns improve, but this is individual and not guaranteed. Marica's 14 kg result, shown on the Results page, is her individual outcome, not an expected result for every client.

Booking and Practical Information

Yes, the introductory consultation is free, with no payment required at that stage. It's a low-pressure conversation to understand your current situation and goals, and to see together whether the GeniusGut approach is right for you. Payment timing for paid programmes will be confirmed with you during your consultation.

Privacy and Testimonials

Information you share is used only to assess fit and deliver your programme, never sold or shared beyond what's needed to support you.

Partnerships

Yes, GeniusGut welcomes referrals from gyms, clinics and other professionals, but referral partners never receive client information; your details stay confidential.
